meaning to me. Here's what I gained from it:
"Beauty is a feeling of perception by the beholder."...we tend to prejudge by a fraction of the whole informative description and more than likely our perception is incorrect, except for when we determine what we FEEL is beautiful!

kinda goes back to my slogan "...let your true beauty shine through."---because "true" beauty is only skin-deep. My reasoning for using makeup as a form of art, expression & for personal business, is to make the wearer FEEL beautiful. When we feel good about ourselves, we are more confident stepping out into the world
